We are thrilled to welcome you to The Marketplace, where your products find a global audience. Before you embark on this exciting journey, kindly familiarize yourself with our Terms and Conditions. Now, let’s guide you through the simple steps to register as a vendor and activate your store.

1. Evaluate Yourself and Your Products:

  • Assess your readiness for large orders, national, or international shipping.
  • Confirm the shippability and legality of your products in the intended countries or local.

2. Package Selection:

  • Visit the Marketplace and choose a package that suits your needs.
  • Subscribe and pay through our easy payment options.
  • Your card will be charged on the same day every month until you cancel the service.

3. Log In to Your Backoffice:

If not registered, sign up as a vendor and complete the necessary form.
Remember to select “I am a vendor”

Please complete all the fields.

4. Store Setup:

  • Go to your vendor store Dashboard, click on Settings -> Store. (Remember, you have to log in first)
  • Upload a store banner and a profile picture.
  • Complete all fields and save.
  • Navigate to Settings -> Payment and input your banking details.

5. Add Products:

  • Use the dashboard to add and manage your products with clear images and descriptions.
  • Regularly check and test how your products appear on the frontend.

6. Marketing:

  • While we market the entire marketplace, you still need to boost your own store’s visibility through social media or other channels.
  • Direct buyers to your shop or specific product pages to maximize exposure.
  • Do research and market your products to increase sales.

7. General Notes:

  • Thank you for choosing The Shopaway Marketplace. We look forward to supporting your success in the global marketplace.

    • Buyers can purchase from different vendors in a single transaction, but our system ensures each vendor only receives orders relevant to their products.
    • A transaction fee, as specified in the T’s & C’s, will be deducted from your sales.
    • Order statuses (Completed, Processing, On-hold, Pending, Cancelled, Refunded, or Failed) will guide your shipping decisions.
    • Confirm payment in your Backoffice before shipping products.
    • Include shipping or pick-up costs in your pricing, and contact us for assistance in setting up shipping rules.
    • Familiarize yourself with the functionalities in your Dashboard.
